At Books, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a book doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the book you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Books

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the books, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
